Project Coordinator

Responsible for leading and supervising the phases of the production process for audiovisual projects in which the company provides consulting services from the start to the final delivery of the project. This role requires artistic synchronicity, listening skills, organization, planning, a focus on customer service, innovation, and integrity.

FUNCTIONS:

Planning and Development of Projects:

  • In order to recognize the clear needs of the client and the production, the Coordinator must assess:
    1. The current stage of the project: Entry Phase – Development Phase – Pre-production Phase – Production Phase – Post-production Phase.
    2. Recognition and identification of the project’s stakeholders and key participants.
  • Identify potential project risks, reporting them to company leaders to develop mitigation and contingency strategies.

Resource Management:

  • Supervise the project budget and identify potential financial leaks.

Production and Execution of the Project:

  • Provide guidance and advice during the project’s stages.
  • Share execution suggestions at the appropriate stages.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among all team members and external stakeholders.
  • Solve problems and make decisions to ensure the project progresses as planned.

Quality Control:

  • Produce regular or periodic reports on the project’s progress, not only to the client but also to the company’s leaders.

Delivery and Evaluation of the Project:

  • Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned, areas for improvement, and opportunities for future projects.
  • Gather client feedback and testimonials to document the project’s success and contribute to the company’s marketing and reputation.

Proyect Analist

Actively collaborate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under development, ensuring operational efficiency and the quality of the final product. Analyzing data and managing to ensure timely delivery within the established budget for projects.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Keep the project documentation updated, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and change records, to ensure transparency and traceability at all project stages.
  • Identify and understand the project’s requirements or risks in terms of objectives, scope, available resources, and constraints.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations based on data to support decision-making related to the project.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices, identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and quality in the execution of audiovisual projects.
